Key Responsibilities:

As a Kitchen Steward, you will play a vital role in maintaining the hygiene and orderliness of our kitchen facilities. Your contributions will ensure that our culinary team can deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Daily Duties Include:

1. Thoroughly wash all dishes, glassware, and kitchen utensils, including pots and pans.
2. Efficiently store all clean items in their designated areas.
3. Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized, including floors, sinks, and walls.
4. Promptly address spills and safety hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
5. Regularly empty trash and laundry receptacles.
6. Mop floors and ensure cleanliness in common areas.
7. Assist in cleaning and stocking the employee cafeteria and banquet kitchen.
8. Maintain and operate the dishwashing machine at the start and end of each shift.
9. Follow a checklist to complete opening and closing tasks.
10. Represent Enchantment positively by promoting the values of the company.
11. Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
12. Ensure compliance with food handling certification requirements.
13. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
