About the Role

WEG Transformers USA is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Specialist to join our Sales and Marketing team. As an Account Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing solutions to meet customer needs and specifications, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Liaison: Provide liaison between WEG and the market (customers, reps, and distributors) for any type of requests related to Request For Quotes (RFQs) and Product Performance Reports (PPRs) covering our product scope of supply.
  • Product Pricing and Development: Review customer specifications, obtain necessary information from Engineering and other departments to develop pricing and form completion to compete in bidding processes.
  • Customer Feedback and Support: Contact distributors, reps, and customers regularly for feedback information, answer troubleshooting/field questions, and ensure high levels of customer service.
  • Technical Support: Assist Sales Team in resolving technical concerns of customers.
  • Remote Work Option: Remote/hybrid work may be an option for the right candidate.
