About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Dietary Aide to join our exceptional team of caregivers at Schuylkill Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver food items to residents at meal times, following specified diets and menu plans.
  • Set up resident meal trays with appropriate condiments, utensils, and linens.
  • Deliver and retrieve meal trays, and collect dishware from the nursing floor.
  • Break down and sanitize trays and equipment, and restock the dish machine.
  • Take out trashcans and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Assist the cook with food preparation and special meals.
  • Make authorized food substitutions and assist with food preparation for parties and events.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a high school education or high school equivalency diploma.
  • Successful completion of a post-offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical/drug screen.
