About the Role:

The Banquet Server is a key member of our team at InTime Staffing, providing exceptional service to our clients and their guests at various events throughout the Jackson Metro area.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide banquet service to clients and guests, adhering to high standards of service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
  • Set up and maintain event spaces, including tables, chairs, and linens, to ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to clients and guests, using knowledge of menu items and ingredients.
  • Interact with clients and guests in a professional and courteous manner, responding to requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient event execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a banquet or event setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
