Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel Nurse RN to join our team in a Home Health setting. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and families, providing high-quality care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and education
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Illinois
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Home Health or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
