Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiac conditions, including titration of cardiac drips and management of chest tubes.

  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Assist with orientation and education of new staff members.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the hiring state.
  • Experience working in a cardiac medical stepdown unit or similar setting.
  • Ability to obtain PCCN certification within one year.
