Role Overview

TikTok is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of content creation tools for our Seller team. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for defining and delivering a product vision that enables sellers to create engaging content and drive sales on our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and develop features that improve the content creation experience for sellers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of seller needs and preferences to inform product decisions.
  • Work closely with data scientists to analyze user behavior and inform product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Communicate product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and ensure alignment across the organization.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on content creation or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products that meet user needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with software development, product design, or interaction design a plus.
