Position Title: Speech Therapist (Part-time/Full-time)

Job Type: Part-time (minimum 20 hours/week) to Full-time (up to 37.5 hours/week)

Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team, focusing on providing exceptional services to elementary-aged students with diverse needs. This role involves working collaboratively with educators and families to enhance student communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language challenges.
• Design and execute tailored treatment plans to address individual student requirements.
• Deliver therapy sessions in both individual and group formats.
• Engage with teachers, parents, and specialists to foster student development.
• Participate in meetings to create and review educational plans.
• Keep detailed records of student progress and therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• Current state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience with elementary-aged populations is preferred.
• Proficient in conducting evaluations and participating in educational meetings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
