Master Electrician

As a Master Electrician with CARJON, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of residential and light commercial HVAC projects, including wiring, panel upgrades, and general electrical work.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, dental and vision insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off. Responsibilities of a Master Electrician:

• Wire all types of residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Complete control and low-voltage wiring for HVAC systems
• Complete residential electrical panel upgrades
• Complete all general electrical in-home, service calls
• Train and supervise journeymen and apprentices on your team
• Determine condition of electrical equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and determine needed repairs
• Identify materials and quantities needed for new and repair projects
• Evaluate customer requests and provide work order descriptions and price projects
• Accompany electrical inspections when needed
• Establish customer trust and rapport to provide the best options regarding the right products and services

Requirements for our next Master Electrician:

• 5+ years of Residential Service experience (light commercial experience preferred, but not required)
• RI Master license required (MA Master License preferred, but not required)
• Proven track record in electrical techniques including electrical hardware, junction boxes and circuit breaker units, trace lines, and reading wiring diagrams
• Clean, safe driving record and ability to pass a background check
• Highly organized
• High integrity, exceptional communication, and social skills
• Proven ability to make solid customer connections and relate with customers positively
• Strong desire to improve professionally
• Team player
