**Key Responsibilities:**

* Support teachers in the classroom and contribute to a positive learning environment
* Assist with instructional activities and provide individualized support to students
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective instructional strategies
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with teachers and parents

**Requirements:**

* Two years of college - 48 units (attach evidence), OR
* Pass a local assessment of knowledge and skills in assisting in instruction
