Physical Therapist Opportunity in Home Health

At BAYADA Home Health Care, we are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home visits to assess and treat clients with physical therapy needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to help clients achieve their goals and improve their overall health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote independence and self-care.
  • Document client progress and outcomes to inform care planning and quality improvement initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • A current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
