Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to join our team at a leading provider of textiles to architects and interior designers. As a Warehouse Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of orders, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pack and ship orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Receive and process inventory shipments
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and order fulfillment
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to achieve daily and weekly goals
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management software
  • Ability to lift up to 45lbs and stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
