Job Summary

Chukchansi Gold Resort and Casino is seeking a highly skilled Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact effectively with the public and employees.
  • Guard all transfers of monies and chips on the casino floor and transport hopper fills, chip fills, and credits safely.
  • Generate written reports regarding security-related incidents and identify potential safety hazards.
  • Escort and observe guests and employees to ensure their safety and protection.
  • Operate company vehicles as directed and maintain a working knowledge of the Company's facilities and special events.
  • Ensure safe transportation of company moneys and gaming tokens.
  • Interact with guests and employees in a positive, professional manner and facilitate the flow of information.
  • Maintain a series of keys and access locked areas as necessary.
  • Accept identification from all persons who appear to be under the legal age to ensure compliance with state and federal gaming regulations.
  • Assist valet and shuttle drivers as needed and operate and respond to radio traffic.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of one-year experience in law enforcement or gaming security preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
