Gluer Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Gluer to join our team at HSM Solutions, a leading provider of foam fabrication services to the furniture and transportation industries. As a Gluer, you will be responsible for gluing foam materials according to specific product requirements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain gluing equipment, including glue guns, rollers, and spray equipment.
Prepare surfaces for gluing by cleaning and applying adhesives according to product specifications.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Meet production quotas and quality standards to ensure on-time delivery of products.
Report any issues or concerns to management to ensure that quality standards are met.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in foam fabrication or related field preferred.
Knowledge of various gluing techniques and equipment preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet production goals.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
