Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Director to join our team at Early Learning Academies. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our children and supporting the growth and development of our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that our center maintains compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including health and safety guidelines.
  • Record Keeping and Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's attendance, enrollment, and tuition payments, as well as staff credentials and training.
  • Leadership and Communication: Foster a positive and supportive work environment, communicate effectively with staff, parents, and stakeholders, and lead by example in promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
  • Tour and Enrollment Management: Conduct informative and professional tours of our center, familiarize parents with our policies and procedures, and ensure a smooth enrollment process.
  • Staff Development and Support: Provide guidance, training, and support to staff members to help them grow professionally and deliver high-quality care and education to our children.

Requirements:

  • Education and Credentials: Minimum Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, or equivalent experience and training.
  • Experience and Skills: At least 2 years of management experience, 2 years of experience working with children, and a strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Current first aid and CPR certification, staff credential, and a clean driving abstract.
