Job OverviewAs a Sales Lead Generator, you'll work directly with our partnered National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores to speak with customers about heating and cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, and energy savings. Your goal will be to generate leads for a Free, In-Home Consultation or sell a home performance tune-up, with one of our industry experts taking over from there.

- Ability to put in extra hours and weekends when needed, with flexible scheduling to accommodate changing business demands.

We offer a competitive salary of $20.00 per hour, based on experience and interview performance. Additionally, our lucrative bonus and commission plan allows you to earn $30 or more per hour on average, with weekly paychecks featuring your hard-earned rewards.
Part-time schedule available, with flexible hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Perfect for those looking to supplement their income or transition into a new career path.
