About This Role

The Vehicle Maintenance Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle maintenance department. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively coordinate with customers, technicians, and vendors.

Responsibilities
  • Develop daily and weekly workforce plans to maximize customer service and productivity.
  • Communicate with customers for maintenance updates and resolve service issues.
  • Ensure all Penske Rental units are maintained and prepared for customers.
  • Maintain shop productivity by optimizing the work plan.
Requirements
  • 2 years of customer service experience required.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on mechanical experience required.
  • ASE certification preferred.
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of $ $53,000 - $63,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
