**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at Community Medical Center. This is a part-time day shift position in the Nuclear Medicine Department.

About the Job:

This role involves preparing, calibrating, and administering radiopharmaceuticals under the direction of an authorized user. The successful candidate will also provide quality control procedures to ensure compliance with Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate imaging, laboratory, and computer instrumentation based on accepted standards of radiation safety and protection.
  • Prepare, calibrate, and administer radiopharmaceuticals under the direction of an authorized user.
  • Provide quality control procedures to ensure compliance with NRC requirements.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a graduate degree from an accredited school of radiography in Nuclear Medicine and be registry eligible for Certification in Nuclear Medicine (ARRT-N or CNMT).

Working Conditions:

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail. You will be required to work independently with strong critical thinking abilities.
