- Develop care plans and best options with medical staff and residents
- Ensure proper staff compliance with nursing standards and facility policies
- Supervise and train nursing and other staff, as needed
- Document resident histories and interventions properly
- Help with incident investigations
- Current Delaware state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Diploma from an approved nursing program
- Minimum 6 months of experience (RN or related role)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Excellent organizational and supervisory skills
- Hourly pay range: $43-$60 (25% higher than average)
