About the Role
Achieving True Self is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing personalized behavior support services to children and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support clients in achieving their goals.
- Provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes and community settings.
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to implement new skills and strategies.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. psychology, education, sociology) preferred.
- Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
