Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer with React

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in React to join our team at Synechron. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using Java and React.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable web applications using Java and React.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to support front-end functionality.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices in software development.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with a strong emphasis on Java and React.
  • Proficiency in Java frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate.
  • Strong experience with React, including hooks, state management (e.g., Redux), and component lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks/libraries.
  • Experience in developing RESTful APIs and integrating with back-end services.
  • Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL, e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).

It's a Plus if You Have:

  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
