Job Title: Residential Fire Sprinkler Fitter

We are seeking qualified applicants who are or will become members of the UA Local Union 669 for this position. As a Residential Fire Sprinkler Fitter, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining all types of residential fire sprinkler systems, including homes, apartments, and retro-fits.

Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain residential fire sprinkler systems
  • Travel within the state of Idaho
  • Comply with union collective bargaining agreement
  • Act as customer service representative for single and multi-family division
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 18 years old
  • 4 years experience as a helper preferred
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Experience in glycerin freeze protection systems preferred
  • Efficient at working with steel, CPVC, and copper
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willing to climb ladders
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced construction environment
