Residential Cleaner

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Enlivant. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure a safe and healthy environment
• Restock linens, towels, and other supplies as needed
• Operate cleaning equipment and use chemicals safely and effectively
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Ability to read and write in English
• Physical ability to lift, carry, walk, sit, push, pull, and work a flexible schedule
• Ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, and work overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior work experience in housekeeping or a related field
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work harmoniously with other employees and develop/maintain good employee relations and employee morale
