Key Responsibilities:
- Perform sweeping, vacuuming, and damp mopping of hard surface floors, as well as vacuuming carpets.
- Dust and clean various surfaces, including furniture and fixtures.
- Thoroughly clean restrooms, ensuring all areas such as toilets, sinks, and mirrors are maintained to high standards.
- Restock restroom supplies including paper products and soap.
- Ensure entrance and interior glass surfaces are clean and presentable.
- Respond promptly to service requests from clients.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow team members.
- Adhere to company policies regarding safety, attendance, and uniform standards.
- Operate cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, and maintain them in good working order.
- Dispose of waste and replace liners in trash containers.
- Report any maintenance issues regarding the facility or equipment to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated work ethic and responsibility through education and prior experience.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Physical capability to lift up to 35 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
