Job Summary

The Housekeeping Assistant will be responsible for cleaning patient bathrooms, emptying garbage cans, cleaning patient rooms, and maintaining hallways. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Clean patient bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, tubs, and showers
  • Empty garbage cans in patient rooms, patient bathrooms, activity areas, and other areas throughout the center
  • Clean patient rooms, including mopping and/or buffing floors, dusting furniture both on top and underneath
  • Clean hallways, sweeping up debris, mopping, stripping, and buffing following company and center policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have basic math skills, excellent attendance, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. High school diploma or equivalent required.
