Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU Float Pool Position
Job Summary:
HealthEcareers - Client is seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Float Pool team. As a key member of our healthcare team, the successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough and accurate multi-system assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Implementation and Evaluation: Initiate and coordinate patient care activities, administer medications, and evaluate patient responses to treatment.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and coordinate with other disciplines as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of nine months of RN experience with three years of recent ICU critical care experience.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- License/Certification: RN License, NIH Stroke Scale Certificate, Basic Life Support, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Computer Skills: Proficient in computer keyboarding and sedation competency.
- Additional Education: Previous healthcare experience and a Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
