About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Coordinator to assist with scheduling operations, including communicating with contractors and technicians on a daily basis. The primary responsibility for this position is to take scheduling requests, assign personnel to tasks, monitor progress and ensure that scheduled tasks are completed as requested.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document processing and transmission in a timely manner
  • Word processing, data entry, registering projects and proposals, creating folders, filing, assembling and binding reports, formatting and scanning documents, transmitting documents
  • Assisting with answering phones and office mail delivery
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • At least one year of administrative experience is preferred
