Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform accounting work and highly analytical duties necessary to support financial statements, the accounting system, and create reports for leadership.

  • Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
  • Four years of work experience is required.
  • CPA or ability to obtain a CPA is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software, including QuickBooks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel by various means up to 10% is required.

Ability to read, write, and speak in English is required. Communicating in Spanish is a valuable skill at Helena. Computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office, are required. Successful completion of a drug test and background check is required for all positions at Helena.
