Job Responsibilities:

As a Senior Electrical Estimator, you will play a critical role in our construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Creating precise and comprehensive electrical estimates for commercial projects.
  • Analyzing project plans and specifications to determine scope and materials.
  • Collaborating with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers for competitive pricing.
  • Supporting project managers during construction phases, including site visits.
  • Participating in project meetings to provide insights on electrical design.
  • Monitoring project costs and updating stakeholders regularly.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant codes and safety standards.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an electrical estimator in the construction sector.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and relevant codes.
  • Experience with commercial projects.
  • Ability to interpret project documentation effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software.
