About the Role

U.S. Pipe is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks to maximize the effectiveness of our equipment and machinery.
  • Repair and Installation: Inspect and repair equipment and machinery as needed, and install new equipment and machinery as required.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all equipment and machinery are functioning properly and meet our quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our production team to ensure that all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and functioning at optimal levels.
  • Documentation: Utilize our CMMS system to document all work orders, maintenance activities, and equipment performance.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or G.E.D. and a minimum of 3 years of experience as an industrial millwright or maintenance technician.
  • Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read drawings and schematics, and excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience: Industrial manufacturing maintenance experience and strong interpersonal and communications skills.
