Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care to adult and pediatric patients in the Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit.
  • Manage a variety of patient conditions, including neuro and general surgeries, respiratory and renal failures, sepsis, stroke, shock, and cancer-related surgeries.
  • Utilize advanced equipment, such as CRRT, CVPs, A-lines, Swan-Ganz catheters, EV-1000, and ICP monitoring.
  • Participate in real-time training for neuro interventionalist procedures and hypothermia protocols.
  • Collaborate with attendings and student providers to foster a team environment.
  • Participate in Rapid Response Teams (RRTs) and codes.
  • Float to all inpatient units except Maternity/NICU.
  • Maintain professionalism in line with dress code requirements (navy blue scrubs).
  • Meet weekend and holiday work requirements based on unit needs.
