About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Merchandising Manager to join our team at Evolution Health. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of our online product catalog to drive customer engagement, increase conversion, and optimize on-site search relevancy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital merchandising strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead the cross-functional team in the development and implementation of e-commerce initiatives, including product launches, seasonal strategies, and site enhancements.
  • Oversee the on-site search strategy and optimization to ensure product results are accurate and relevant to our customers.
  • Collaborate with the product merchandising, marketing, and creative teams to develop compelling product stories and experiences that enrich the customer journey.
  • Lead analysis of the competitive environment, business, and customer behavior to deliver a premium digital merchandising approach.
  • Manage and develop a team of digital merchandising professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality e-commerce experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our online product catalog remains competitive and engaging.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on digital merchandising and product management.
  • Deep knowledge of e-commerce best practices, industry trends, and digital tools such as Adobe Omniture, Google Analytics, and Endeca Experience Manager.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from multiple sources of data.
  • Effective decision-making and strategic planning skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • History of success working independently and as a member of a cross-functional team on multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
