Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Control Panel Builder to join our team at Process Systems & Components, a leading manufacturer of pure water systems for the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries.

About the Role:

  • Responsible for designing, building, and testing industrial control panels based on schematics, blueprints, and/or wire schedules.
  • Perform point-to-point wiring, adhering to standard wiring procedures, including proper wire routing, stripping, crimping of lugs, and torque terminal blocks per specification.
  • Install wiring and harnesses within control panels, run wiring and cable terminations, and wire transformers.
  • Experience with panel fabrication and build, component layout, electrical enclosures, electrical assemblies, controls, wiring, is required for this position.
  • Wire and label electrical sub-panels and enclosures per blueprint.
  • Mount and interconnect components to equipment per blueprint.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of industry experience.
  • Knowledge of UL 508A code and experience building industrial control panels.
  • Ability to read blueprints and perform point-to-point wiring.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to follow directions.
  • Good work ethic and organizational skills.
  • PLC knowledge is a plus.
