Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Phone Coverage: Provide phone coverage for incoming calls and direct calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Help Desk Support: Provide help desk support to resolve customer service issues and ensure complete client satisfaction.
- Pharmacy Network Support: Provide support for Pharmacy Network problems to ensure complete client satisfaction.
- Client Onboarding: Assist with the coordination and implementation of new client onboarding, including new group enrollments, changes, and deletions.
- Reporting: Assist in the preparation and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for PBM clients and from our Claims Processor.
- Client Support: Provide on-site client support, including health fairs and business conferences.
- Office Duties: Perform office duties as needed, including copying, collating, mailings, and filing.
- Training and Development: Facilitate and perform on-the-job training and coaching for new and existing employees in conjunction with direct call center leadership.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience as a Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service.
- Skills: Exceptional phone and listening skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and preferred PC skills including Microsoft Office.
