App Psychiatric Outpatient

We are seeking a skilled APP-Psychiatry Outpatient to join our permanent practice in Indiana. This is a regular full-time position with no call, weekends, or holidays.

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of behavioral experience and be a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or hold a nationally recognized certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality psychiatric care to patients in an outpatient setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to diagnose and treat mental health conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of behavioral experience
• Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or nationally recognized certification
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
