Job Opportunity: Part-time Resident Caregiver at Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Wilmington.

About the Job: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Resident Caregiver to join our team. As a key member of our care staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to residents in all aspects of their daily life, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, and socialization. Your primary goal will be to ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:
  1. The Resident Caregiver assists residents with their daily needs, following individualized care plans to provide personalized attention and support.


Requirements:
  1. High School diploma or equivalent required; knowledge and experience working with elderly preferred.
A valid certification according to state regulations is also necessary; successful completion of Springhouse's/Arden Courts' training is mandatory.

Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods; ability to push and pull objects and lift up to 50 pounds unassisted on a frequent basis. Good physical and mental health is essential.
