Key Responsibilities- Curriculum Development: Assist in coordinating and implementing educational curriculum by developing activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards.
- Activity Planning: Help plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to actively engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth.
- Communication: Maintain frequent communication with parents through informal and formal discussions, progress reports, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Classroom Management: Ensure all center policies and state regulations are met, and maintain a healthy classroom environment, including hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, forms, and files.
- Professional Development: Maintain a personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement.
- Pre-Service Training: Completion of pre-service training program.
- CPR and First Aid: Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer software and applications.
- Teacher Training: Completion of teacher training program.
