Position Overview
We are seeking a Full-Time Medical Billing Specialist to contribute to our operations in the NCEP division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Admissions and Billing Coordinator in securing necessary authorizations for treatment, including the completion of required paperwork and submission of essential documents such as the Plan of Care and physician's orders.
- Prepare and process patient claims for billing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while minimizing submission errors through compliance verification.
- Maintain ongoing communication with insurance providers to facilitate collections, address claims denials, and manage rebilling processes to optimize reimbursement for services rendered.
In this role, you will collaborate with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team in a supportive environment, working with motivated clients while enjoying convenient amenities.
