Join Our Team as an Early Childhood Educator
At The Learning Experience, we are dedicated to fostering a joyful and engaging environment for young learners. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator to guide a class of young children aged three. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in early childhood education and be adept at creating stimulating activities that promote critical thinking and creativity in our innovative preschool setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and uphold classroom rules, expectations, and routines.
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans and activities.
- Address and resolve behavioral challenges effectively.
- Understand child development milestones and be knowledgeable about various preschool programs.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for all children.
- Demonstrate knowledge of child nutrition and meal planning.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Starting at $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
