Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients in an Assisted Living Community
- Communicate with families, physicians, and other health care professions
- Maintain daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy
- Actively Licensed as a FL Occupational Therapist
$60,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience) + Competitive benefits package
