We are seeking a skilled Direct Service Professional to join our team at Turning Point of Central California, Inc. In this role, you will assist in the accomplishment of treatment plans for residents, maintain accurate documentation, and transport patients to appointments. Additionally, you will conduct daily living skills sessions and re-socialization activity groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation of treatment plans for residents under the supervision of the Program Director.
  • Maintain accurate documentation as per agency and contract guidelines.
  • Transport patients to appointments and laboratories for tests.
  • Conduct daily living skills sessions and re-socialization activity groups.
  • Participate in staff meetings and weekly supervision meetings with the Program Director.
