Logistics Coordinator

**Job Summary**

As a Shipping Attendant at CRH, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and freight handling processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Directing truckers onto scales and weighing trucks to ensure accurate loading
• Loading bagged material onto flatbeds and maintaining a safe and efficient loading process
• Assisting with the bagging operation and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to plant safety policies and procedures

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Coordinate with truckers and warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate loading and unloading of materials
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory
• Collaborate with the bagging team to ensure efficient and safe operation
• Participate in regular safety training and adhere to all safety protocols

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
