The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Float position at Mission Regional Medical Center is a dynamic opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced medical setting.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, demonstrating clinical competence and adhering to established standards of practice.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families, promoting a culture of compassion and empathy within the medical center.
- Current and valid state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with ongoing maintenance.
- IV certification, as required by state regulations.
