Job Summary:

KidsPeace is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapist to join our team in the S.I.T.E. (Sexual Issues Treatment & Education) program. As a Therapist, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based treatment modalities to youth aged 5 and older, as well as their family members, to address their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Assess, develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans to ensure optimal client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with community partners to address the comprehensive needs of clients and their families.
  • Participate in clinical supervision, training, and shadowing to enhance professional growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work or a related field with a clinical practicum and at least 9 credits specific to clinical practice.
  • LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT licensure preferred.
  • Prior experience working with youth with sexual trauma, sexually reactive behaviors, or sexual aggression is highly desirable.
  • Basic computer skills and a valid driver's license are required.
