Job Description:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in our care team, working closely with our Nurse Manager and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing bedside care and administering medications as needed
- Taking vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration
- Assisting with resident comfort and preparing injections or enemas as required
- Collecting samples and monitoring catheters to ensure proper function
- Providing wound care and helping coach staff members as necessary
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid LPN license
- Experience working in a long-term care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to providing exceptional patient care and support
