Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CF) to join our team in Coveland, WA.

About the Role

This full-time position involves working with students in kindergarten to 6th grade, providing speech therapy services and supporting their academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans for students with varying needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure consistent support and progress monitoring
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school setting
  • Active State SLP Licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence or Clinical Fellowship Year
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
