Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Randstad North America, Inc. as a 2nd Shift Assembler. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling lift trucks and components, testing, inspecting, and rejecting parts/materials, and maintaining adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble lift trucks and components with high precision and accuracy
- Test and inspect parts/materials to ensure quality standards are met
- Reject defective parts/materials and report any issues to the production team
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet production goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Ability to work overtime and flexible scheduling
