Mechanical Process Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Process Engineer to join our team at Insight Global. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and constructing large industrial complexes, specifically in mechanical systems.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or chemical engineering, with a focus on cleanroom mechanical systems. They will be proficient in P&ID's, Pipeflo, and BIM, and have experience with construction, startup, and turnover of facilities process systems.

The Mechanical Process Engineer will be responsible for defining design criteria, scope definition, and justification, as well as developing design concepts and completing positioning, programming, and detailed design. They will also influence design standards, construction specifications, and operations requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ANSI, SMACNA, and IBC, and be able to interface with a multi-user customer base. They will also be able to develop and implement innovative engineering and design methodologies to support aggressive program cost and construction schedules.
