Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $1360 per week. In addition to a competitive salary, Ryder offers a range of benefits, including:

  • Paid weekly with a guarantee
  • Solo miles pay: $0.50 per mile with 2500 miles per week
  • Solo stops pay: $11.00 per stop with 5-15 stops per week
  • Drop and hook pay: $6.00 per drop/hook
  • Shutdown bonus: $2000 in two installments
  • Sign-on bonus: $1000 at 30 days and $1000 at 90 days
  • Safety bonus: up to $250 per quarter if applicable
Job Description

As a solo Class A CDL driver, your primary responsibility will be to transport goods safely and efficiently across the country. You will be required to:

  • Operate a tractor trailer in a safe and efficient manner
  • Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Load and unload freight in a safe and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate records and logs
Requirements and Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you must have:

  • A minimum of 21 years of age
  • A valid Class A CDL
  • A clean driving record
  • A minimum of 9 months of experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle within the past 3 years

About the Route

This position offers a local home daily route with a guarantee of 2500 miles per week. You will be required to operate a day cab tractor trailer in a safe and efficient manner.

Freight Details

The freight for this position will be no-touch auto parts. You will be required to load and unload freight in a safe and efficient manner.
