This position involves working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. You will be responsible for coordinating materials to be recycled within the plant, removing recyclables from around the plant, and depositing them into the recycling system. You will also operate the bailing and shredding system, separate and store various grades of recyclables for shipment, and load semi-truck trailers and rail cars.

Responsibilities
* Coordinate materials to be recycled within the plant using a forklift or tugger
* Remove all recyclables from around the plant
* Deposit recyclables into the recycling system
* Operate the bailing and shredding system
* Separate and store various grades of recyclables for shipment
* Load semi-truck trailers and rail cars
* Complete basic forms for billing and service orders

Working Conditions
* Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
* May be required to work 12-hour shifts, rotating 3/4 days a week
* Must be able to climb ladders above 12 feet high with or without reasonable accommodation
